Scala’s Mission

To create a Resident experience that will change how our Customers live and work in London by developing a portfolio of next generation Aparthotels that combine private living, recreation and work-space.

Scala will be somewhere our Customers can live in comfort, work, stay active and socialise with minimum disruption to their normal lifestyles.

Our aim is to be relevant to professionals working in Technology, Financial Services, Consultancy and Commerce.  

Scala’s Aparthotel formats will be positioned as a more attractive alternative to a traditional Hotel or Apartment living with a resident experience that is core to the identity of our brand.

 

 

Equity Partner:

We are seeking an equity investment of £250m to forward purchase or develop 1500 studio apartments in London over the next 5 years. Target returns will be > 20% IRR at conservative levels of gearing.

Our wider goal is to establish Scala as a brand in Europe and North America.
